Hi friends 💛
I’m so excited (and honestly a little nervous!) to share that I’m hosting my very first online cooking class, and I would love for you to join me.
Cooking has always been my way of staying connected to Afghan culture, family, and home. After so many messages asking how to make my dishes, I finally decided—it’s time to cook together, live.
For this first class, I’ll be teaching you how to make Afghan Palow, one of the most loved dishes in Afghan cuisine. I’ll walk you through everything step by step, share tips I’ve learned over the years, and of course, answer questions along the way.
What to Expect
- A live, online cooking class you can join from home
- Easy‑to‑follow instructions for traditional Afghan Pulow
- Tips, techniques, and cultural context behind the dish
- A relaxed, welcoming space—cook along or just watch
This class is completely FREE as a thank‑you to everyone who has supported Afghan Cooks. Because this is my first time hosting, I’m keeping it small and personal—only 20 spots are available.
If you’ve ever wanted to learn Afghan cooking, reconnect with familiar flavors, or just try something new, this class is for you.
My new cookbook, Arman, is out in hardback and e-book.
